Track shoes for bulldozers and mining machines

We use high-quality steel that is tempered to 43-47 RC for making all of our track shoes. The combination of the quality of the steel and the tempering process guarantees high wear resistance. Standard batch inspections are carried out at the factory to safeguard quality and to guarantee the required tolerances.

The range comprises track shoes for bulldozers with a width ranging from 560 mm (22 inches) to 915 mm (36 inches) and for excavators ranging from a width of 220 mm to 1500 mm.

We deliver the following types:

Special shoes that are made for specific applications. Examples include: slanted or flat track shoes, bent track shoes and asymmetric track shoes.
Single grouser (one grouser track shoes) for bulldozers.
Double grousers (double grouser track shoes) for heavier machines or loaders.
Triple grousers (three grouser track shoes) for excavators.
Shoes for standard applications and extreme applications (ESS).

Width of the shoes
The wider the shoe, the higher the pressure on the connection between the pin and bushing. A track shoe that is too large increases the wear process of the track and therefore the risk of the track breaking increases. The track shoes must be suitable for the terrain on which the machine drives. The wider the track shoe, the lower the soil pressure per square centimetre, but the greater the wear of the entire running tool.
