Questions about the website
When you are looking for an undercarriage part for your mining machine, you can request a quotation. You can find the button to request a quotation on the right-hand side of the page. You can enter the brand and type of your machine or the OEM number on this quotation request form. Next, fill in your contact details and click Send.
After you have requested a quotation, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will also do this if your undercarriage part is not in stock or is not on the list. We try to reply to your quotation request within 1 or 2 hours during office hours.

Questions about undercarriage parts

We recommend choosing Berco when your machines must work under heavy conditions or must perform much driven work. This is often the case with mining machines. In addition, it is wise to choose Berco when your bulldozer has not been used very long. If it has or when the machine has to perform less heavy or less driven work, we recommend VemaTrack.
The lifetime of your machine’s undercarriage depends on a number of factors, such as the surface you drive on, the driving and running hours and the maintenance you do to your undercarriage.
The wear on your sprockets can have several causes:
- There is incorrect tension on the tracks
- There is uneven loading or misalignment
- Your excavator is running too long on the sprockets. Over time, sprockets simply wear out. There is nothing you can do about that.
When your sprockets are worn out, it is important to replace them. Otherwise, other undercarriage parts are likely to wear out too.

There are two different bottom rollers: for excavators and for bulldozers.
- Bottom rollers for excavators: To carry the load of the machine, they have a thick axle. They also have a small diameter on the tread, this is because the machine drives little.
- Bottom rollers for bulldozers: These machines drive a lot, so they have a large tread. Different flanges are installed alternatively to guide the track better. A bottom roller has a large oil tank to ensure the roller is cooled sufficiently.
